At Floordirekt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home flooring and decor; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your parcel at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
